SHIPPING

$18 Canada Wide Shipping via FedEx or Canada Post. We will select the courier that can get your order to you the quickest.


A Tracking Number will be provided to you via email, and can also be found under your Order History.


Please Note: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address and/or failure to sign for your package. Should the order be returned to us, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable. Should you require to have the order reshipped, an additional $18 shipping fee will apply - no exceptions.




PICKUP

Orders can be picked up free of charge at our Markham location. Please place your order online and select the Pick Up option - select the date and time you wish to pick up. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with pick up instructions (check your inbox and spam folder).

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made. All courses are FINAL SALE - no amendments or cancellations.




DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS

Damaged, missing or defective items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements will not be provided after 10 business days - NO EXCEPTIONS.




RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.


Courses: Students are granted instant access to the course content upon purchasing. As a result, all courses are final sale.
